Cancellation Policy:
By registering, you agree to these terms. Since our seminars take place in small, exclusive groups, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following procedures in case of cancellations:
•Up to 4 weeks before the seminar begins: 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
•Less than 4 weeks before the seminar begins: The full seminar fee will be retained, unless a replacement participant can be found. This can be arranged either by you or through someone on our waiting list.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent your participation, we are happy to provide guidance and support.
We reserve the right to cancel the seminar due to unforeseen events. In this case, all amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
