Impulse Egypt: Cairo, Luxor, Adydos & Dendera: March 1-9, 2025

A journey through the sacred land of ancient Egypt, the temples and tombs on the Nile, is a journey through an inner landscape. It offers healing, connection and transformation. Luxor, the ancient city called Thebes, has always been an active and dynamic metropolis where the great Nile separates the living and the dead. We can relate Luxor to the solar plexus, where human aspirations of war and worship go hand in hand. We spend four full days exploring great temples, breathtaking tombs and many places that few tourists even know about. In these four days, bathing in the places of power, meditating and absorbing the inner teaching, we will feel a sense of freedom and transcendence over long-held subconscious structures.

The easy trip to Abydos, about 3 hours north, brings us to the extraordinary temple complex of Abydos. This ancient site is graced by an exquisite temple built by Seti I in honor of Amun-Ra and Osiris. The truly mysterious Osireion was long revered as the resting place of Osiris and Seti I. We will spend two days exploring Abydos, which we can compare to the chamber of our heart because of its majesty and glory, its grace and beauty. Look forward to a deep cleansing and healing of your heart center, which was central to ancient Egypt.
Our journey continues to Dendera, where the Temple of Hathor is located. Hathor was the goddess of heaven, women, fertility and love in ancient Egyptian religion. She is the nurturing aspect of the divine feminine. Just as the heart was a central point of Egyptian spirituality, which should be both pure and wise, so it was also the center where the soul (feminine) comes into balance and full union with the spirit (masculine). Since the physical heart consists of several chambers, at Dendera the feminine aspect of our heart will experience a deep and lasting healing with the help of Hathor.
